What this is
This website describes YATAGARASU, an app for League of Legends on Windows in a free closed beta, and links to its Discord. It is offered by the operator named in the Impressum. The site has no accounts and no forms; you can read it without giving anything.
The beta
The beta is closed and runs through the Discord server. The way in: join the Discord, post in #apply, and once your application is approved (usually within a day) you receive the Beta Tester role, download the app and sign in with Discord in it. The sign-in only checks that role (see Privacy).
Approval, places and the end of the beta are up to the operator. Applying does not guarantee a place.
No payment
The beta is free. No payment is asked for, here, in the server or in the app.
Discord
The Discord server is part of a separate service. Your use of it falls under Discord’s terms and the server’s own rules.
What the app does
The app shows two or three item choices, or a status. It never buys, clicks or types for you: you choose what to buy. Its choices are suggestions, not a promise of any result in your games.
Riot Games
YATAGARASU was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.
YATAGARASU isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
As is
The site and the beta are offered as they are, without warranty, as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. German law applies; the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in stay unaffected.
